He holds two master’s degrees, an MBA and a Master’s in Learning Development and Technology, along with a Bachelor’s in Project Management and Green Belts in Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement. As Managing Director, he leads strategy, marketing, operations, and staff training.

Amber is a licensed Illinois auctioneer and real estate broker with over 15 years of hands-on experience in estate sales and auctions. She has priced, staged, and run sales of every size, giving her a sharp eye for value and what buyers want. As Estate & Auction Services Director, she oversees every sale and auction from first walkthrough to final day.

Field Operations Director
Brent brings over 10 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations, along with hands-on work in estate sales and property clearing. He knows how to move, organize, and handle items of every size safely and efficiently. As Field Operations Director, he leads the on-site crews that pack, move, and clear each property with care.
